ZTG型可调式低频弹簧隔振器
ZTG adjustable low frequency damp spring vibration absorber |
ZTG型可调式低频阻尼钢弹簧隔振器是由多重组合弹簧组成、上下钢板及钢板外表面粘贴橡胶防滑垫等组成。它是根据国外大型冷水机组、安装不平衡、动力设备转速低、干扰力较大而设计的产品。产品具有安装灵活性大、稳定性好、固有频率低、隔振效果显著等优点，安装时可直接安放在设备下，若动力设备扰力较大，可先调节重心，并将隔振器底座固定孔用螺栓固定地基。
ZTG型可调式低频阻尼钢弹簧隔振器有多种规格，可按用户特殊需要制造，在额定荷载下对应垂直自振频率2.1～4.8HZ，阻尼比为0.03～0.07，是积极隔振和消极隔振的理想产品。
ZTG adjustable low frequency damp spring vibration absorber is composed of multiple combined springs，top and bottom steel plate and anti-skidding mat sticking on the surface ofthe steel plate．It is designed wholly for foreign largesca－le coldwater engine set which has problem of lopsided installation，low velocity of the power equipment and large disturbing force．It has the features of flexible installation，good stability,low intrinsic frequency and distinct vibration absorbing efficiency．It can be directly put under the equipment when installed．You can adjust the center ofgravity,fix base with fixing bolt，when the disturbing force ofthe power equipment is great.
Several specifications can be designed according to user’s special need．Vertical intrinsic vibration frequency is 2.1-4.8Hz．damp ratio is 0．03-0．07 under rating load．They are the ideal products to insulating vibration positively and passively． |
