YDS型弹簧隔振器是本公司最近开发的一种新颖隔振器，参照国外空调行业隔振器的新款设计，特点是隔振效果明显，结构简单，安装方便，是一种无外壳式的合金钢弹簧隔振器。

根据计算机优化设计，钢弹簧保证足够的安全工作压力，每只隔振器的竖向刚度达到设计标准要求。为了保证弹簧横向稳定性，弹簧外径与工作压力高度比例为0.8。承载范围为最佳载荷上下60%。

YDS spring vibration absorber is a newly developed Vi-bration absorber referring to the latest design of airconditioning industry at home and abroad．It is an alloy spring vibration ab-sorber without outer shell and with high vibration abSOrbing efficiency,simple structure and C0nv eni ent in stallation．Steel spring Can ensure enough safety working pressure，and ver-tical rigidity of each vibration absorber reaches the design standard after computer optimizing design．Ratio of outer diameter of spring and working pres－sure is 0.8，in order to guar-antee the transverse stab-ilitv of spring．Load scope is 60% below and above the optimal load．

ZTH型防倾覆阻尼弹簧隔振器是一种防倾覆的新型产品，特点是隔振效果明显，结构简单，安装方便，通过旋转上部安装螺栓可以调正弹簧预紧力，从而使每个隔振器的安装高度始终处于同一水平高度，弹簧和隔振器底部有橡胶阻尼吸声板，与金属弹簧组合起到双重隔振降噪的效果，由于产品工作时上下壳体运动间隙小，互为导向，可防止设备运输时倾覆。产品适用于风机、水泵、冷水机组、热水机组、空压机、风机箱等设备的隔振降噪

ZTH turnover protection damping spring vibration isolator,a new type of rem-over protection product，has the characteristic of notable effect of vibration isolating．simple structure and convenient setting．By screwing upper connecting bolt，pre-fightening foroe of spring is regulated．Then all the vibration isolators are located at the same setting height．Combined with metal spring，rubber damping sound absorbing boards at the bottom of spring and vibr-ation isolator has double effects of isolating Vibration and reducing noise．When working，upper and down shells Can orient mutually to prevent equilpment from turnover while transporting due to their narrow gap．The product can be applied to isolacing vibration and reducing noise for fan engines，water ptmaps，coldwater pump units，hot-water pump units，air compressors and fan engine bins．
