GDJ型、T型橡胶隔振器是根据橡胶动力学特性研制成功的，结构简单使用方便，用于中小型机械设备的支座安装，更适用于设备内部有振动部件的安装。

GDJ、T rubber vibration absorber is developed according to the dynamic characteristic of rubber，and it has the feature of simple structure and convenient usage．The product is mainly applied in bracket setting of medium and small sized equipment，and it is specially useful to the equipment have vibrating parts inside．

在许多生产领域，为了提高生产率，努力提高设备的运行速度，结果使噪音增加，机械产品的破损率升高，振动超常，而且安全性及可靠性均降低。广泛使用隔振器是解决此类问题行之有效的办法，传统的橡胶垫或金属弹簧隔振器，有一个致命缺点，反弹效应，这些储存起来的能量反弹时可以导致超负荷和机械损坏。而本缓冲器的工作原理是把动能变为热能，通过活塞的运动使油温升高，热能由外壳散发到大气中去。本缓冲器的特点是：缓冲级别及制动装置可调节，内部气流孔实现直线滞延，并对总冲程产生恒定支承力；工作温度为25℃～100℃。

In many yielding field，equipment runs faster and faster in order to get higher and higher productivity．Then a lot of shortcoming appear such as increased noise，high mechanical disrepair rate，abnormal vibration，falling safety and credi-bility． It’s an effective way to use vibration absorber to resolve all these problems．But traditional rubber mat or metal spring vibration absorber has a fatal shortcoming：rebounding effect．The storage energy may result in principle of this product is changing kinetic energy into heat energy by the way that running of stopcock makes temperature of oil high and then the heat energy diffuses to atmosphere through the shell．This buffer has characteristic as follows：buffer grade and brake device are adjustable，inner air-current hole lags linearly．It can generate invariable supporting force to general stroke，and its working temperature is -25℃～100℃.
