浮筑楼板隔振隔声技术是近年来发展较快的一种新型隔振降噪形式，在美国等西方国家广泛应用。它不仅可以隔离内部设备噪声，也可以隔离外界传声，对于具有敏感区域，如下部有重要客房、办公室、会议室、休息室等声学要求很高的场合应当采用该形式。由于隔声设计是个系统工程，包括对围护结构的隔声，机电的隔振和暖通、给排水空调系统的消声和减振等内容。随着国家对环保事业的日益重视，对建筑市场相继出台了《建筑隔声评价标准》（GB/T50121-2005）、《民用建筑隔声设计规范》（GBJ118-88）、《城市区域环境噪声标准》（GB3096-1993）、《城市区域环境振动标准》（GB10070-1988）和《社会生活环境噪声排放标准》（GB22337-2008）等国家标准，目的是规范建筑市场中振动噪声对环境影响的允许范围，从而采取有效措施，达到标准规定的排放要求，使环境更加优美，社会更加和谐。

我公司在十几年的工程实践中，不断总结和开发产品，设计出XD-FLG型浮筑楼板隔振隔声垫、WHG型围护隔声垫，两者配套应用在浮筑楼板上，与金属弹簧隔振器、橡胶隔振器、吊架、支架、托架隔振器、消声器、静压箱、吸身体和隔声门等共同构筑成一个系统的隔振降噪系统，有效地隔离振动和噪声的传递。

XD-FLG型浮筑楼板隔振隔声垫和WHG型围护式隔振隔声垫均采用天然橡胶材料混炼而成，具有空气隔声和阻尼、耐酸碱、耐油、防老化等性能，使用温度为-15~135°C，产品单块面积为500*500和250*250两种，可拼装和裁剪，适用于大面积机电设备的双层隔振隔声。
