BW型通用型不锈钢波纹补偿器(又称膨胀节)是由一个或几个波纹 管、法兰、接管等结构件组成，用来吸收由于热胀冷缩等原因引起的管道和(或)设备尺寸变化的装置。它通过波纹管的柔性变形来吸收管线的轴向、径向和角向位移，同时也能起到隔振降噪效果。按照不同的结构可分为以下不同形式：单式轴向型、单式铰链型、单式万向铰链型、复式自由型、复式拉杆型、复式铰链型、复式万向铰链型，弯管压力平衡型、直管压力平衡型、外压单式轴向型以及它们的不同组合等多种形式。本公司产 品以国标GB/T12777-2008《金属波纹管膨胀节通用技术条件》和GB/T145 25-1993《波纹金属软管通用技术条件》为基础，参考采用美国膨胀节制造协会(EdMA)标准等国内外现行标准的有关内容，吸收了近年来国内膨胀节、金属软管行业在设计、制造方面的研究成果和实践经验，设计开发了本系列产品，其中波纹管生产车间建筑面积达6000M2，内设冲压、裁剪、 拉伸、全自动焊接、手工焊接、延压、全自动打波、单级液压打波、装配、 压力试验等部门。各类机械设备精良，员工素质优秀，辅以完整的检测手段，产品质量优异、品种繁多、规格齐全，确保产品符合顾客的要求。其中新开发的单边转动法兰式(DZF型)，便于安装使用；双边转动法兰式 (SZF型)，法兰与波纹管无焊接，与介质完全隔离，当介质有特殊要求 时具有明显的优越性，即使碳钢法兰也不至于快速腐蚀，同时安装时可随 意转动法兰，省工省时。减振产品(FLd型)在用于动力设备进出口管道时，隔振降噪效果明显，具有广泛应用前景。

BW-based general．purpose stainless steel bellows compensator (also known as expanding section)，which is composed of structural compon-ents such as one or several bellows，flange，joint pipe，is actually all equipment used to absorb distortion ofthe pipeline or other component caused by the thermal expansion and shrinkage or other reasons．It absorbs the axial。radial and angular displacement and also a vibration and noise isolating device．It can also be classifi-ed by structure as single axial type，single hinge type，single-type universal joints，double-free type，reset rod type，double hinge type，duplex-type universal joints，elbow pressure balanced，direct pressure balanced，and external pressure single axial type as well as their difierent combinations ofvarious fotins Based on international standard of GB/T12777—2008 and GB/T14525l99-3 ,the company designed and developed a serious of products whileit consultedrelating contentin existing standard both home and abroad like EJMA and took in the researching results and practical experience in aspect of design and manufacture of corrugated compens-ator as well as metal soft pipe in our countrv in recent years．The manufacture workshop of bellows with a construction area of 6000m2 is consisted of stamping，cutting，stretching，automatic welding，manual welding，the extension of pressure，automatic beat-wave，single-stage hydraulic football。assembly,pressure test and other departments．With help of all super-ior mechanical equipment。well-trained workers and complete testing methods，we provide products of high quality and various specific-ations to meet the customers’requirement．Among all the products，the newly developed unilateral rotation flanged(DZF typc)is easy to install and bilateral rotation flanged(SZF type)is evidently superior when the medium is specially required For the DZF type，no welding exists between the flange and bellows and the flange is totally insulated with the medium even if carbon steel flange is unapt to erode． The movable flange can be installed laborsaving as well as swiftly．The vibration absorber(FLJ type)perforlns well in vibration insulating and muffling when installed in in-out pipe of power equipment and it has a broad application prospect.

产品均可另行设置导流筒，以减缓流体冲击。产品上拉杆只起一般限位及运输限位作用，不能承受波纹管受压后产生的压力推力，若需同时承受压力推力，需加强波纹管上法兰上的拉杆及支耳，订货时需另行注明，同时需加强主次固定支架，见选用要点说明P41。

A separate draft-tube installed in the product can reduce the impact offluid．The pull rod restricts position and transportation but cannot undertake the pressure and thrust caused by the pressed bellows，unless pull rod and supporting frame are strengthened and please make a declaration when they are needed．Besides，please make a detail declaration ifthe strengthened primary and secondary bracket is needed．

注：复式法兰拉杆式产品长度、波数定制，轴向补偿量、刚度相应增减，长度一般为单式产品的2.5倍。轴向补偿量拉伸时取+， 压缩时取一。采用碳钢法兰时，工作温度-20℃～450℃，不锈钢suu304法兰时-196℃～600℃，疲劳寿命1500次。
